Intelligent ControlPlex®-System

The intelligent ControlPlex® systems are communicative protection and power distribution solutions for 24 V DC applications. They combine reliable overcurrent protection with communication capabilities via EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and IO-Link.

These systems feature a modular design and capture all status information and measured values ​​from the connected circuit breakers. The data is transmitted to the higher-level control system, where it can be utilized for comprehensive analysis.

This establishes the necessary transparency to detect changes in the manufacturing process at an early stage and take appropriate countermeasures.
