E-BOX: The world's first all-in-one power distribution system with charging/booster function
The E-BOX gets to the heart of productivity in caravan production. After installation in the vehicle, it is ready for use immediately - without any time-consuming reworking. It integrates an analogue power distribution module with charging and booster function for the entire on-board electrical system of mobile homes and campervans. The E-Box combines a charging unit, charging booster, DC 12 V / AC 230 V distribution module and protection device. It reliably monitors and protects all connected loads against damage caused by overload or short circuit.
All common battery types can be used and charged with the E-BOX. When installing a solar panel, the AES (Automatic Energy Selector) signal of a solar charge controller can be connected to the E-BOX. All electrical functions and the installed devices can be controlled via the D203touch panel. It also displays all the information on the tank levels, battery capacities and temperatures. Acoustic alarms provide additional support for filling the tanks and a safe departure. This is how the E-BOX significantly contributes to vehicle safety.
Manufacturers in the caravan sector benefit from simple handling, avoid time-consuming reworking and save considerable time in production. The combination with the E-T-A wiring harness provides a solution with ready-made connectors. Elaborate wiring or special tools such as crimping pliers are no longer necessary. The sophisticated structure ensures quick and error-free assembly, making the E-BOX perfect for series production.
But it's not just the manufacturers who benefit from the E-BOX. The E-BOX has also been available for private customers since mid-2025. More often people are travelling abroad. They transform their campervans, or recreational vehicles, into individual mobile homes. To save costs, many people do the fitting themselves. But, when it comes to electronics, private customers often reach their limits. They are afraid to make a mistake that could set the entire vehicle on fire.
This is exactly the use case where the E-BOX is the perfect solution. It works according to the plug-and-play principle, just like a DVD player: plug it in and you're done, no complicated wiring required. Previously, many individual components had to be installed, now everything is contained in a single compact box. All you have to do is connect the E-BOX to the battery and plug in the terminal loads and the power supply is safe and ready for use.
